Helen Perry Obituary
SALEM – Helen Lena (Quinn) Perry, age 91, died at 11:07 a.m. Thursday, April 18, 2019 at Auburn Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was born May 19, 1927 in Salem, the daughter of the late Anthony and Catherine (Migalari) Quinn.
Helen was last employed at Ort Furniture as an upholsterer for 54 years.
Her husband, Anthony P. Perry, Sr. whom she married January 24, 1948 preceded her in death June 9, 2017.
Survivors include a son, Anthony (Donna) Perry Jr. of Salem; two daughters, Cathy Price and Marylou (Jim) Foster, both of Salem; six grandchildren, Tony and Shelby Perry, Bobby Price, Chasney Miller, and Lindsey and Ashley Foster; and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by seven brothers, Jim, Paul, Bill, Joe, Frank, Leonard, and Louie and two sisters, Rose and Viola. She was the last of 15 children.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at St. Paul Catholic Church with Father Robert Edwards officiating. Private calling hours will be held.
