Olimpia Edling Obituary
SALEM – Olimpia Edling, age 90, died at 7:56 a.m. Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at Salem Regional Medical Center. She was born March 7, 1929 in Lisbon, Ohio, the daughter of the late Vasile and Pauline (Silea) Burson.
Olimpia owned and operated Edlings Country Store at Guilford Lake for 40 years.
She was a graduate of Lisbon High School.
Her husband, Arthur F. Edling, whom he married July 3, 1950 preceded her in death February 10, 2011.
Olimpia is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Her son, Freddie Edling also preceded her in death in 1995.
Private arrangements are being held. Burial will be at Hope Cemetery.
Arrangements were handled by Stark Memorial Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
