Patricia Lutz

SALEM – Patricia Ann Lutz, age 66, died at 11:25 p.m. Sunday, February 24, 2019 at Alliance Community Hospital in Alliance. She was born March 23, 1952 in Salem, the daughter of the late William J. and Dorothy Jane (McGuinn) Lutz Sr.

Patricia worked as an elementary school teacher at Youngstown City Schools and West Branch Local School District. She was a 1970 graduate of Salem High School, received a bachelor’s degree in Education and a master’s degree in Reading, both at Kent State University. Patricia enjoyed watching sports and was an avid Cleveland Indians fan Her family and friends were very important to her.

Survivors include two brothers, Donald G. (Anne) Lutz and Danny M. Lutz, both of Salem and her beloved dog, Zeuss.

Two brothers, James “Muck” Michael Lutz and William “Willie” J. Lutz, and a sister, Linda G. Lutz also preceded her in death.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 2, 2019 at Stark Memorial Funeral Home and Cremation Service with Pastor Alan Smearsoll officiating.  Calling hours will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday, March 1, 2019 at the funeral home. Burial will be at Grandview Cemetery.
