Patrick A. Hall

SALEM - Our beloved husband, father, and grandfather Patrick A. Hall passed away at age 79 on May 16, 2019 after a courageous battle with mantle cell lymphoma. He was born in East Liverpool, Ohio, the son of the late Harry and Sidonia Hall. Although, he lived most of his life in Salem. He was happily married to Sandi for 61 years. 

Pat was a veteran of the United States Air Force. After his service, Pat was employed by Hunt Valve Company for almost 40 years as a machinist, programmer, and in the engineering office. Upon retirement in 2002, Pat and Sandi started wintering in Ponce Inlet, Florida, and have continued to for 17 years. 

He had many hobbies and interests including being a Hot Rod and model train enthusiast. Pat also enjoyed attending the Hartville Flea Market. He was known for always taking the scenic route. Most importantly, “Poppy” loved supporting his three grandchildren in all their activities. 

He is survived by wife, Sandi; daughters, Tally Hall of San Pedro, California; Lonnis (Denny) Straub of Boardman; son, Laine Hall of Chesterfield, Michigan; grandchildren, Jason (Jessica) Hall, Nikki and Cody Straub, and extended family and friends. 

No services per his wishes.
