SALEM - Susan Patricia Fenske, 67, died May 18, 2019 at her home with her family by her side. She was born March 17, 1952 in East Palestine, a daughter of the late Robert Wallace and Mary Patricia (George) Burns.
Susan was a 1970 graduate of East Palestine High School. She worked with her husband, Fred as co-owner of Adams Chemical and Supply in Salem for 32 years as Vice President and Treasurer.
Susan was an avid golfer and enjoyed her time playing at the Salem Golf Club, where she was a member of the Women’s Association. She also played many years at Buck Run.
She is survived by her husband, Fred Fenske, whom she married April 25, 1981; daughter, Casey Fenske of Salem; step-daughters, Marsi (Bryant) Bezon of Salem, Tracy Amigo of Columbus, and Wendy (Alan) McPherson of Columbus; step-grandchildren, Morgan Amigo, Graham and Brooke McPherson, and Blake and Avery Bezon; siblings, Bob Burns, Scott (Becky) Burns, Kathy (Lee) Dyke all of East Palestine, Sally (Tom Moody) Burns of Austintown. She also leaves her beloved dogs, Dottie and Stella.
A private service will be held at Grandview Cemetery.
