Amy Jo Carpenter

SALEM - Amy Jo Carpenter of Salem passed away on Monday, March 3, 2025 at Salem Regional Medical Center. She was 60 years old.

Amy was born in Warren on April 16, 1964. She was the daughter of Earl and Diane Carpenter.  After graduating from Mathews High School, she lived many years at Wildflower Farm in Fowler.  For the past several years, Amy had resided in Salem.

She was a survivor! Since birth, Amy had to overcome many health issues. Even when the odds were not good, she fought to stay alive. That tenacity is what her family will remember the most. She will be missed!

Amy is survived by her two sisters, Leanne (Doug) Rex, Janice (Tim) Williams; nieces, Amanda (Josh) Tompkins, Elizabeth (Dan) Gillies; and nephew, Justin Rex.

A private graveside burial will take place at Dugan Cemetery in Fowler at a later date.

Arrangements are being handled by Stark Memorial Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
