Darlene K Reed

SALEM - Darlene K (Wikman) Reed, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on November 27, 2024. She was the daughter of August and Gertrude (Bodendorfer) Wikman.

She was a lifetime resident of Salem and a member of the Emmanuel Lutheran Church and Saxon Lodge, Branch 18. She was born July 5, 1947, and graduated from Salem High School in 1965. After graduation, she earned her degree from ITT.

Dar is survived by her sister, Jayne (Ken) Peters and two nephews and their families; Todd (Tara), Jennifer, John and June; and Ross (Sarah), Grayson and Tate.

A private family service will be held at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made to Emmanuel Lutheran Church, the Salem Saxon Lodge 18 or Salem Alumni Association.

Thanks to our friends for all of the time and care given at Blossom Nursing Center and Sanctuary Hospice.
