David is survived by his wife, Jaye M. Bello; his son, Tavis W. Bello, and Tavis's longtime companion, Amber Stanley; his grandchildren, Parker, Payden, and Kane Bello; his brother, Don Bello and his wife, Terry; and his sister, Molly Eden.
Per David's wishes, no services will be held.
