Garner Patterson Obituary
HANOVERTON – Garner R. Patterson, 88, died Thursday, December 10, 2020 at his home. He was born November 21, 1932 in Jackson County, West Virginia, son of the late George and Lola (Cline) Patterson.
Garner was the safety supervisor at Davey Tree service for 50 years. He was a lifetime member of Salem AMVET Post 45 and worked at the Hanover Township Road Dept. for ten years.
His wife, Betty M. (Dick) Patterson preceded him in death in 1982.
Garner has three children, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He is survived by two sisters.
Besides his parents and his wife, two sons, a daughter and a great grandson also preceded him in death.
Private services were held with military honors provided by the Salem Honor Guard.
