LISBON – Jeanne Good, 74, unexpectedly was promoted to our Christmas Eve Angel on Friday, December 24, 2021 at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. She was born August 7, 1947 in Salem, daughter of the late Wilfred K. and Ona Mae (Dillon) Strudthoff.
Jeanne worked for 49 years at Ventra Salem, being promoted throughout the years to division manager. She was a member of First Friends Church. Jeanne married the love of her life on July 24, 1966, Joe Good and recently celebrated 55 years of their love story. She will be remembered as the most kind and giving person to family and friends.
Survivors include her husband, Joe Good of Lisbon; son, Joey (Melanie) Good of Cambridge; daughter, Chrissy (Jim) Burchfield of Salem; sister, Ida Campbell of New Castle, PA; brother, John Strudthoff of Beloit; six grandchildren, Katie, Beth, J,T., Brandon, Jake and Alex and their spouses; four great granddaughters, Jude, Maisyn, Marlo and Brynlee.
Besides her parents, a brother, Bud Strudthoff also preceded her in death.
Friends and family will be received from 10:00 a.m. – 12 Noon Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at Stark Memorial. The family requests that visitors please wear masks and social distance.
A funeral service will be held at 12 Noon Wednesday at the funeral home with Pastor Pete Fowler officiating. Burial will be held at Highland Memorial Park in Beloit.
