SALEM – Kenneth George Woerther, 76, passed away Friday, April 5, 2024 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born March 17, 1948 in Salem, son of the late George and Anna (Untch) Woerther.
Kenneth was a lifelong Salem resident. He was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church and the Saxon Club. Kenneth was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Kenneth was a great car enthusiast, enjoyed music, and playing multiple instruments, including the accordion. He went out of his way to help others. Kenneth enjoyed attending his grandchildren’s activities.
Survivors include his wife, Judie (Fisher) Woerther; son, Chris (Nancy) Woerther of Alliance; daughter, Michelle (Dan) Griffith of Salem, and 13 grandchildren, Lee Woerther, Scott Woerther, Teresa Woerther, Nathaniel Woerther, Corey Griffith, Meghan Giffith, Emma Griffith, Dana Griffith, Joseph Griffith, Thomas Finn, Matthew Finn, Hailey Ann Finn, and Carter Finn.
A private family service will be held.
