Linda S. Scheuring

SALEM - Linda S. Scheuring, 78, passed away unexpectedly on October 14, 2025.

Born on November 22, 1946, in Salem, OH, Linda was the daughter of Donald W. and Irene K. (Blake) Leininger. She was a graduate of Salem Senior High School, Class of 1964, and attended Morehead State University in Morehead, KY.

Linda was born and raised in Salem, living the majority of her life there. She worked many years as a Merchandiser for American Greetings in Salem, then became a Pharmacy Tech for People's Drug in Salem, and finally in the Production & Manufacturing department of Cintas in North Jackson before retiring in 2015. In her spare time, Linda enjoyed reading, playing games, and shopping.

She leaves behind her son Scot (Tod Carver) Scheuring, an uncle, and several cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents.

The family is planning a private ceremony at a later date to scatter her ashes. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the American Cancer Society or the Saint Baldrick's Foundation.
