Martha F. Votaw

GREENFORD- Martha “Martie” Votaw (nee Eyrich), age 93, of Greenford, OH, passed away on Monday, Dec. 23, 2024, in Washington, Pa.

Martie was a faithful wife, beloved mother and grandmother, and a true friend to many.

She cherished 70 years of marriage with the late C.L. “Shorty” Votaw.

She is survived by her loving family, her children, Cindi (Dr. Jim) Marks of McMurray, Pa., Todd (Donna) Votaw, of Westlake, Ohio, and Ty (Kelli) Votaw, of Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla.; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren with another on the way.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Florence, and her siblings, Caroline, Lois, Phyllis, and Walter.

Martie spent her working years at Farmers Savings and Loan in Canfield. She enjoyed knitting, baking, and cheering on her favorite teams, the South Range Raiders and the Ohio State Buckeyes.

A celebration of life will be held at later date.

Arrangements are being handled by Stark Memorial Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
