Valerie Rouse Obituary
SALEM – Valerie A. Rouse, 66, passed away Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at Auburn Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born November 5, 1955 in Sharon, PA, daughter of the late Truman and Dorothea (Mays) Jarvis.
Valerie was a lifelong Salem resident, a 1974 graduate of Salem High School and a member of St. Paul Catholic Church. She worked as an LPN surgical nurse for Dr. Peter DeVito for 15 years.
Survivors include her husband, Kent Rouse whom she married February 29, 1980; daughter, Marina Rouse of East Palestine and a granddaughter, Elara.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 7, 2022 at Stark Memorial. No calling hours will be held. Burial will be at Grandview Cemetery.
