SEBRING - Wanda Mary Whinnery, 102, passed away Sunday, May 14, 2023, at Crandall Medical Center in Sebring, OH.
Wanda was born on June 22, 1920, in Beloit, OH the daughter of Harry Roy and Violet Estela (Chaney) Woods.
Wanda was a 1938 graduate of Beloit High School. Wanda worked at Anderson Bolds as an Office Manager. Wanda was a member of Salem Senior Citizens.
Wanda married Glenn Whinnery on August 26, 1943, and he passed away December 16, 1992. She leaves one brother, Clyde Woods of Sebring as well as several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Besides her parents H. Roy and Violet Woods and her husband Glenn, Wanda was preceded in death by two sisters, Alma and Betty, and one brother, Donald.
Arrangements are being handled by Stark Memorial Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
