Transfer Arrangements

If you would like to use Stark Memorial and you have pre-arrangements at any other funeral home, you have the FREEDOM OF CHOICE to switch your pre-arrangements or your loved ones pre-arrangements from that funeral home to our funeral home.

It is as simple as calling us or email us at starkmemorial@starkmemorial.com. We will provide you with the appropriate paperwork for you to sign and send back to us. The first paper that you will fill out and sign will be sent to the company that holds the pre-arrangement contract. The second paper we will have you sign is a release that will give us the ability to retrieve the information that you gathered at that funeral home. This is your file and they have seven days to release that information to us.

You do not have to have any contact with the previous funeral home. We will take care of all the communication.

**If a death has already occurred, you have the freedom of choice to use us at that time even if the pre-arrangements are at another funeral home. We will take care of all of the paper work when we meet with you and your family.
